Not the previous guy, but the chaff is irrelevant to SAM systems as it is in WT. It can defeat the bad ones (OSA, Tunguska) kinematically, but despite the poor radars it'll never actually notch them.
Also PGMs are shit by 11.3 standards, then again somehow the amx a1a is 11.3, guess thats what happens if youre not a pidor or a mutt.
