For snekstelles ruan segment I ended up making dunan being one of the key factors in unveiling dalmore because of the aforementioned bond he was developing with the ravens. I think it's more funny and cool that a joke segment and personal connection a kiseki character develops ends up being the main reason he's caught instead of muh "oops I didn't mean to say that" everyone just kind of comes to Estelle's rescue in ruan. I wanted to preserve some of that but also have the characters not reveal it out of nowhere. There's some build up as dalmores plan relies on dunan and dunan getting ousted from the hotel brings out a breadcrumb trail that gets him personally involved and invested in the riff Raff and lower class at ruan.

I love the animeness, and I don't understand why people think xstelle is anti anime loc tranny slop. Estelle is a profoundly silly character. She talks in a weird loanword filled accent way, has a dumb catchphrase, makes sailor moon speeches, and is unfailingly the instigator of most slap stick moments in the game. There's nothing xsneed did that made sky less anime. Less anime would be stuff like nisa that removes anything problematic. Estelle in the anime literally molests people as a gag. And ultimately, if I had a single reason to say why I like xstelle it would be because she reminds me of another twin tailed protagonist who is snarky and ultimately a boke.
