Soups seem like an unfair hack on kcal deficit diets.
>tastes great
>cheap
>easy
>some have pretty much no kcal
>can easily add protein if I want/need it
Was always hungry before I figured it out. Now I just make a huge ass pot of soup that lasts for days and whenever I even start feeling a bit hungry I simply go to the fridge and fill me up a big goddamn bowl of soup.
What's the catch?
