A fascist Harry can arguably be the strongest path for redemption if he utilises the "will" found within it's doctrine against his addictions. The great enemy is alcohol (I don't care for how the Haitian pronounces it) and even if he misunderstands the ideology due to his own personal tragedy, he can wield it like a new girlfriend against his past. His body starting to recover from the abuse alongside a new sense of aesthetic with the trimming/shaving of the moustache will do wonders for him. Even though it will be a struggle to not fall into the same pitfalls as before, a relationship with Lilienne could give him just what he needs to start taking an active measure of hope for the future.
