She was clearly designed as a Castorice Sub-DPS battery who could kinda hypercarry main DPS if you put in the effort and wanted to play her alone, albeit somewhat suboptimally
Now fast forward to V3, where her synergies with Castorice got nuked, and her hypercarry capabilities got pretty much nullified. Now you have a character that struggles to compete with Tribbie on Castorice teams, and can't 0 cycle at E2S1 investment as main DPS. She pretty much lost her identity and now her kit is worthless. The only reason I see someone pulling is so they can either put Tribbie in another team, or because they skipped Tribbie but like Castorice.
