a.) Entirely capable of recognizing such an opportunity.
b.) Equipped with the necessary balls to actually pursue it.
c.) Fully justified in doing so.

If true, the irony is that Trump is making a great good from a heinous evil. The establishment
would rather have the last 50 years of self-inflicted US decline rolled back than end up in a
