what if government people's are hit with a special lazer after missions that transfer the "secrets" (you know, the nerves that make up the memory thingy) into their bladder, where they pee it out at set intervals? I know this concept has been done before, (wet your diaper, lose your intelligence) but it's usually bad end Mental regression, how about instead they're fighting to hold their bladder long enough that it gets re-absorbed and they get the memory back, because they need to warn the public of this method being adopted in the entire country through a RF beam, imagine them trying to hold a days worth of bladder that the facility who used the beam on them just happened to make free when they were trying to keep it in, leading to the hardest Omorashi they dealt with. and if they lose, the government gets to secretly make people forget whatever they want Forever!
