The only way to make sure things aren't wiki'd is to have a game system where things change regularly (daily/hourly) like real life, combined with a world so big that you can't actually document everything.
I guess you'd have to have a game in a "disaster changing landscape" with volcanos, floods, fires, etc. to justify the constant changes.
Maybe a fantasy setting where humans live in a large city and outside of it is a constantly shifting hellscape.
Would be kino.
