Life just is. That's it. That's the lesson. As soon as you conceptualizing it as a lesson, you have forgot the lesson. It's a mystery impossible to fathom. It's a movie happening that we live and that we need to surrender to.

I don't mean that in a Buddhist way or as if there exists no right or wrong in this life. But what's right happens when we live fully. We are source but we are also dense physical material. That's why life can seem dark. If you allow yourself to truly be with what you experience, you will see that it was just an experience. Not a prison, not endless suffering. Just an experience. And often times a beautiful one when everything is said and done.

Unprocssed trauma and unfelt feelings create void and suffering. This is free space for different energies and entities to take over. Are they evil? Only if they have power over you. How do you prevent that? Free yourself from fear and pain by facing these exact parts of life. Again and again.

People avoid suffering so much and whine so much about it that it becomes a living hell. A prison. So for some life is a prison because they make it as such, for some it's a lesson.

Sometimes it feels like a prison, sometimes it feels like the most beautiful thing. No matter what it always just is.
