A strict F2P player has absolutely no way of building up more than five pity a year, and that was all good with only anni and NY's having 1% banners
Now with summer limited you'll have to pull at least once of a 1% banner every year unless you were smart enough to build up a stash
Why do you think they've introduced an incentive system to pull on 1% banners? It's to condition us.
