I'm in my 40s and only recently found out my stomach issues were that my underwear waistband was somehow too tight around my stomach. Even in school I'd sit there in pain from stomach cramps not able to listen or think, just enduring the pain because its always been that way so it must be normal, and other people dont suffer from it because bad things happening to me is just how life is supposed to be. I haven't had a relationship in ten years, havent had sex in five years, credit score in the 620s because i was too afraid of diarrhea to get a job, etc. Not that there arent other reasons too. But something so simple as being given the wrong style of underwear basically nullified my life. Pic related doesn't cause me random diarrhea and the fix for my life was $14
