Do you mean Lunar bloom, or the Lunar system for new characters as a whole?

Lunar bloom isn't even something Nahida can do. As of right now, the only Lunar bloom damage that can be done comes from a single hit of the deer girl's elemental skill.

Will this new character fix Nahida? No. Giving 10% more crit rate to Hyperbloom, and 25% dendro resistance shred is not enough to make Nahida top meta again.
