I'm watching some housing footage and the customization is cool and stuff but i don't really see much use case beyond whatever rep/achievements they lock behind it when the novelty wears off after a week or two.

Why are people being filtered by Streets so much? Tettles said it was only middle of the pack in terms of difficulty. He ranked Halls / Priory as the hardest.
