As of todays date the 10th of Dezember 2023 i can asure you there is an easyer way than to hope on a Drop chance. Found on the Entry there is a Key on the left side. You can buy The Scarlet Key The Scarlet Key from the AH and travel with this Key back in Time. In the Front of the Scarlet Monastery there will be a Door to open. Behind the Door you wil find the Entrance to the OLD Scarlet Monastery Armory. In there you simply go and Slay Herod. After you have defeated Herod there will storm Scarlet Trainee into the Bossroom. Simply kill them they have a huge chance to drop the Tabard of the Scarlet Crusade. I run myself the MOP dungeon about 40x until i gave the old dungeon a Try and got the Tabard at my first run in it. It has a higher Dropchance since there are more Scarlet Trainee's storming the Bossroom and each one of them has a Dropchance on the Tabard.

How long does it take to get a freshly dinged 80 to be geared up enough for M+?
