For me it's the Trader Joe's shawarma chicken thighs
>Cube up the chicken
>Cook in pan
>Heat up flatbread slightly
>Spread hummus on bread
>Make a Caesar salad
>Throw chunks of chicken on bread
>Top with the salad
>Omnomnomnom
One of my favorite meals. Don't care if it's "authentic" or not, it's delicious. Been eating it for several years but for whatever reason it gives me the shits now and it never did before. So I only try to make it once a month or so instead of weekly like before.
