The day I dreaded has finally came in, /fit/, gonna start working at a hospital tomorrow with 12hr shifts 1 day on 1 day off, no I'm not a doctor, but the NEET life has gotten way too boring so I needed this.
Waking up at 11-12am and going to the gym in the evening then lifting for 3-4 hours while chatting gymbros is over, how do I make sure this job doesn't syphon my gains entirely?
Working from 6am to 6pm so I'll just hit the gym at 6pm but the good thing is that I have the next day off and the pay isn't that bad.
