Nobody agreed to that. Wishes are useless and the moment you find a playgroup that just says fuck it and you use it for a advantage they go back to not allowing the illegal sideboard anymore. Unless you are making a meme deck or playing against bad magic players who don't realize how stupidly OP letting you grab any card outside of the normal deck building restrictions is.

It's annoying because I can't get people to agree to funny meme cards like this without having to explain the gimmick first which tips off people and drastically decreases my ability to pull off the card.
