But there were elements that both Ripple and the SEC objected to.
So both of them filed appeals.
Those appeals went to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.
Then the SEC, under new leadership, met with Ripple and both of them formally submitted to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals, to withdraw their appeals.
The court just formally accepted their withdrawls.
The lawsuit is completely done.

Now we're looking forward to the Clarity Act getting signed into law.
It defines the criteria for which crypto is and is not a security, amongst other things, like rules for exchanges to follow.
The House already approved it.
But the Senate needs to debate it, iron out details, and vote on it.
And they're going to be having a gay stage fight the entire month of September over funding the government.
They'll threaten to shutdown the government, and then come to an agreement at the last minute on September 30th.
So don't expect any progress on the Clarity Act during September.

ISO20022 coexistence phase ends on November 22nd, 2025.
All member banks must end using the old bank messaging standard and be fully transitioned to the new ISO standard by that date.

Waiting on XRP ETFs to get approved.
