Thanks for missing the point of the post.
There aren't "accuracy" issues with the critical parts of the message in Honeywood-era Dragon Quest. Technically, they are high-effort, high-quality localizations that clearly have plenty of attention and care put into them.
The issue is that this effort is also clearly misdirected and is pumped into things that wind up being strange localization choices. While it definitely gives each title and its areas/characters distinctive identities, many would agree that it reaches into being overbearing more so than charming.
Things started out OK with Dragon Quest VIII and it ultimately worked well there due to the inclusion of voice acting to help "sell" the accents (which were also not laid on as thick or as badly), but it started getting absurd when characters began speaking in English with Cyrillic characters replacing Latin glyphs.
