Those types of people are still rare. Most young people are still going out, having sex, getting into relationships and all of that. The few sexless, chronically online shut-ins with no real world social life are just massively overrepresented online, because they live on their computers.

I occasionally work as a bouncer at a few local bars, so I check everyone's ID and see how old they are. Bars are still packed with people on busy weekend nights, and typically the vast majority of them are Zoomers in their 20s, fewer but still a decent number of Millennials in their 30s and early 40s, and a few Gen Xers.

I work part time as a bouncer at a local bar on busy nights when they need a dedicated person to check IDs at the door. So I get to see exactly how old everyone is. Typically the vast majority are in their 20s, with the numbers dropping off over 30 to maybe a couple of older people in their 40s.
Bars/clubs/pubs/etc are the primary places young people go to socialize and meet other young people. If you are at a bar and there are no younger people in their 20s there, it's because you are at the wrong place at the wrong time.
People will also have parties, but since you are a loser faggot with no friends, that's not an option since no one is going to invite you.
