Stop using a opacity brush for everything. I can see you struggle and schizoing to keep the tones uniform and it is making your work look messy and dirty.
Once you get the lines down pick a size brush like basic-size and then pick 3 tones to shade it.
Look at your ref drawing. It only has black, white and two greys while your shading is a mess because you are using a brush that has opacity tied to pressure and you arent being consistent with it.
It is a very shitty redline but your lines are already good enough in their position, just try to draw over them with a inking brush that has a set opacity and then stick to 3 tones instead of trying to shade with a opacity brush. Not even tradfags shade like this (maybe airbrushers)

I tried to make the right eye uniform and left the left eye as is and tried to ink some lines.
