To get from bond 1-9 costs 1600 bond which is the same amount of bond just to get from bond 9-10 onwards. You get 15 bond from career, 1 bond from stadium loss and 2 bond from stadium win. You unlock casuals at bond 11. It's gonna take a while even if you are actively grinding for them doing careers and not just sticking them in stadium.
