I'm taking a break from booze to lose weight. I've been sober for months many times before but as a side effect I always lose any will to engage in any kind of social interaction.
Many times I've reflected on my lack of meaningful connections and now I think it is entirely my fault. I hang out with booze and people just happen to join us.
