Sure, germany or australia or whatever might ban it, but thats never what localizers are talking about, theyre always talking about the american market. These days the ESRB is entirely irrelevant, most parents have zero idea what games even their kids are buying and playing, where is the evidence the “12 year old in S&M gear” will in any way hurt the game?
