He decided nothing of that sort. The RCT was purely filler, like everything else in Omega. For the millionth time, he only cares about stretching Omega out for as long as it makes money. He doesn't give a single shit about pacing, plot, consistency, characterization or any of that. He views Omega as a steady source of easy income that requires only 5 minutes of work per week.
