Hatsumi beat Waka, which it's very likely he could beat Julius too since they were stated to be the same in terms of strength. Julius being bigger and having more range wouldn't matter since he was able to deal with Bando's insane reach without taking damage. He'd just use some magical Aikido bullshit to take away all of Julius's power and toss him into the air like he weighed nothing and send him crashing on his head, same as he did with Bando.

R1 Akoya is too collected and he'll time his attacks to the gaps in Seki's defense. Seki can deal with pain, but he's going to get worn down by all of Akoya's strikes. Akoya may wear himself out beating on the human sandbag though.

Inaba's binding gimmick and footwork probably won't do too much against a guy with nearly 360 degrees of joint rotation and monstrous strength. Bando will be manhandling Inaba by his hair if he tries to tie him up and he comes away with some bruising.

Cosmo is going to strangle R1 Hatsumi. Cosmo will probably start to figure out Foresight, but he won't have the fire lit in him like he did against Akoya.

Waka comes out of R1 relatively fine due to how Rei fights and Okubo is probably injured. This is a fight I'd already give to Waka normally, so Okubo gets ripped apart here. This is probably a light to moderate difficulty fight with Okubo's state coming out of the first round, so Waka ends up relatively fine if a little bruised.

Akoya probably won't have much in the way of hard injuries from R1, but he might he tired. Seki's sturdiness will probably have brought out his sadism a little earlier though, but I don't see him losing to Saw even with that. He'd take his time picking Saw apart and he might bite a chunk out of him, but I'd bet he'll take a Hammer of Burma AND tire himself out further. Akoya comes away pretty injured and exhausted.

Setsuna ends up injured, but more importantly his psychosis progresses faster.

So are we supposed to assume that if Tiger Niko had just jumped Tiger Shen instead of shitting his pants, he probably would have won, especially since Hushen's motor skills were barely even existent then and he couldn't even speak yet....?

Waka is too clean and Akoya has taken too much at this point. This will probably be Akoya at his most bloodthirsty, maybe even more than we've ever seen him. Waka will have to put down the rabid dog to actually win because I don't see anything short of death stopping Akoya in this state. This would probably be THE fight to watch even with the disparity in condition going into the fight. Waka will probably end up bloody and with some kind of serious wound.

Setsuna actually has the tools to see and avoid the whip and deal damage to Bando. Bando admitted that he can't keep whipping forever because of the toll it takes on him as well, so if Setsuna is at all careful then Bando will just fall apart. That said, I can see Setsuna taking a glancing blow from a whip and losing an arm or something because he wanted to match blow-for-blow. He probably awakens the True Rakshasa's Palm if he didn't against Julius already.

Then for the finals

I think that Setsuna would be too far gone by this point to handle the much more composed Waka. He'd be at his strongest, but most unhinged and Waka would prey on that. We'd probably get to see a True Rakshasa's Palm absolutely devastate Waka, but he'd trade a Blast Core and that'd be curtains for Setsuna. I would say that if Setsuna were more sane he'd be able to use Fallen Demon's awareness boost to suss out Waka's weakness in his ankle and abuse it, but it's not happening here given how much he'd have used it in the prior matches. We'd probably get a really cool page of Setsuna hallucinating Waka as Niko what with how Ohma likened them in their match.

Tiger Niko is absolutely going to be food for either Setsuna or Agito at this rate. I'm leaning more toward the latter because I doubt Setsuna will be given another shot against him though. Maybe he'll go deal with something Worm-related in the Inside instead. Agito doesn't really have any play with Tiger Niko yet in Omega, but it's hard to connect the dots from Point A to Point B in how he'd wind up confronting him. Logically, he should want to, but he's so far removed from the plot at this point that he feels like he belongs in a different story.
Agito not getting further involved with Ryuki, Setsuna, or even fucking Lu Tian really divorced him from the "main plot."

Being a murderer isn't enough to get you vilified in the Association. Ohma was a murderer since childhood, Ryuki was treated as a lost lamb, Akoya is kind of just accepted despite openly going for the kill, Agito has killed multiple opponents with deliberate finishing blows, and you can't tell me Waka has never accidentally killed an opponent before.
Remember, they regularly employ murderers and criminals for the sake of perpetuating a violent system of commercial flow. Setsuna being mentally unstable is the biggest tragedy of his character to these people because, aside from that, he's actually a really pleasant and helpful guy. Despite knowing him for a very brief time, Setsuna tried to "protect" Yamashita from "Tokita Niko."
He's just genuinely mentally unwell in large part to his extremely fucked upbringing. The fact he functions at all is a small miracle. That doesn't mean he isn't accountable for his actions, but it's not wrong to want to see the good in people when you've seen for yourself that it's there.

It's crazy because Agito only killed during fights and Ohma/Ryuki killed because of the the circumstances in which they grew up in. While it doesn't make them innocent, it's kinda understandable.
Meanwhile you have a known literal child killer Akoya roaming about in the KA and as a policeman in the city and everyone is just fine with that.
