Pretty sure they had all upgrades and were straight from US stock.
It was always just a /k/ope, to explain "b-but those weren't REAL Abrams, our own would perform better!".
Same with the Bradleys, Pic related is the variant that Ukraine got on mass for its counteroffensive, it has all the bells and whistles.
