Fair point and it will have diminishing returns. Once we know what we can get in GTA 6 at the very best, we will be ruined by 5 and our expectations. I gladly skip the scam of regular apartments, heist apartments, penthouse apartments and go straight for mansions in 6.
The fact that the heist room could not be purchased like how you can purchase liveries for penthouses proves J* is lazy and scammy.
