It is a control thing. The Western societies have allowed women to dress like this in public without any social repercussions, while men are scolded for looking at them in an overt way, so they use it to attract attention of men, knowing that the nature will do its thing, trying to gaslight anybody they do not want any attention from that they cannot pay attention to them if they do not wish for them. It is a universal benefit of all women, so they back one antoher on that lie.
