I know this is something /a/ probably doesnt want to hear, but a Haruhi remake makes a lot of sense for a lot of reasons.

>unify the art style between season 1 and 2
>make endless eight one episode
>fix pacing with the sigh arc
>make a proper chronological telling of the story that follows closer to the night novels
>adapt further light novels into
>ect

Its one of the few anime that could justify a remake imo. The only issue is that turning disappearance into a normal anime arc would be a massive downgrade.
