If we were evening the scales: you’d have to include women who believe they’re owed romance, attention, or commitment from men, plus women who publicly shame men for rejecting them, or who frame their own dating failures entirely on others’ prejudice. That can overlap with body image politics — for example, very overweight women who are angry at men for not wanting them, or who treat attraction as a moral obligation rather than a mutual spark.
None of that is as sound-bite-ready as “incel = white extremist man,” but it’s just as real. The underlying pattern is the same: unmet desire resentment moralization targeting a group. The gender and body size are variables, not the cause.
