Are you people doing math differently than me?
>3g olive oil = 30 cal
>1 egg = 80 cal, 6g protein
>250g egg whites = 135 cal, 27g protein
>2 Eggo Homestyle Waffles = 180 cal, 4 g protein
>30mL Sugar free syrup = 15 cal
>Oikos Triple Zero Yogurt = 90cal, 15g protein
That breakfast is 52g protein and you're only at 530 calories, you get a plate full of eggs and cheat-tier waffles covered in what tastes mostly like syrup and some flavored yogurt. If you ate this 4 times a day you would get 208g protein and 2,120 calories, exceeding your goals with room to spare.
You can and should substitute the waffles for something more nutritious to do even better, and before I get (you)s about it, this is obviously not meant to be ideal but rather to stress the limit. The point of including them was to illustrate how you can be include non trivial amounts of complete junk and still get low calorie high protein meals.
Chicken breast and rice is not the only option by any stretch of the imagination, and if you start including things like protein powder shakes, greek yogurt and egg whites you're basically in cheat mode.
