I might be retarded, can someone clear this up for me

>Got it up to Level 5
>It, like all the other villages, keeps telling me "There's new options at the Ore Store"

What is the Ore store or whatever it's called? Is it something that comes later? Or have I somehow missed it?

I've gone through all the buildings at the Carpenter and I can't see anything that sells ore.
