Truthfully, Baronne and Omni-negates are the most overrated cards in the game.
The only real feature Baronne has is this ability destroy one card on the field to make her Omni-negate feel a lot more aggressive. But even then, Elevennotes has their own Omni-negate that is way more stable, consistent, and aggressive than Baronne de Fleur.
