I've largely been a Live player for a good long while and it's a toss-up between the following:
>Raging Bolt ex/Teal Mask Ogerpon ex
I'm running a Squawkabilly ex-backed build, I'm enjoying it but I can see why the Noctowl build is more consistent.
>Joltik Box
I'm liking it but it's very squishy until you set up an attacker like Iron Hands ex or Pikachu ex.
>Gardevoir ex/Jellicent ex
I'm loving how annoying Jellicent ex (and Frillish to some extent thanks to Oceanic Gloom) is but it's super bulky in a bad way.
>Marnie's Grimmsnarl ex/Froslass
I like this deck and annoying it can be but mirrors can get boring.
>Dragapult ex/Dusknoir
I haven't run this deck in a while but seeing still doing well in both physical and online tournaments makes me want to revisit it, especially before Psyduck shits in the competitive waters and makes the deck not so fun to run.
I haven't tested Gholdengo ex or Charizard/Pidgeot but I find those decks to be obnoxious so they're out of the picture.
And with Worlds on the way in less than two weeks and a multi-day spectator ticket in-hand I have to zero in on at least one-to-two decks to run at their side events or I'll just be whale-watching at that point.

>Kind of sucks that you have to grind past all the premade decks for a week or more before you can find people who actually build.
Don't forget the bots running the Charzard ex League Battle Deck, those are just insulting to the player base.
