Even if Cerydra gives one extra Anaxa double skill, it's equivalent to someone like Bronya bringing Anaxa up and him using a skill.
I'm not exactly seeing the ground-breaking value even for him there? Like how often can you even proc the double skill each cycle? Once?
Like wtf did they mean by this design? All she does is give Phainon another giganuke. That's all she's good for.
