PS4, PS5 and PS6 are basically just budget AMD PCs.
Mark Cerny wanted PS4, PS5, PS6 and PS7 to be AMD APUs because it was cheapest and easiest for programmers. any optimizations done for PS4 will just help PC get further ahead. ps4 and ps5 are both x86-64
