So days ago we had a discussion wondering if the 2 kindreds limit was a hard cap for life or if it only meant 2 at a time.
With Meursault becoming the NEW 3rd kindred and Sancho's refusal in creating kins, does that mean it really was the latter and after either Outis or Gregor died Rodion got a slot to convert a new kindred?

So how does this rule work? Like if a lower kindred dies can a higher kindred convert another Bloodfiend so the number stays 2? Or is it a hard set rule that you can only convert 2 people period and if they die you can’t ever convert anyone again?
