In 2016 I ate a smoked ham from a local (Bavarian) supermarket franchise (that seemed to have been run by a middle easterner who was being very rude to staff).
It resulted in me having a bad case of food poisoning around my 26th birthday and then daily flank pain.
After tons of fruitless time wasting doctor visits and developing an umbilical hernia, a gastroenterologist diagnosed me with h. pylori.
The quadruple antibiotics therapy (in 2018) didn't do anything. Still I have daily flank pains.
At a later visit the h. pylori was supposedly negative at the Gastro, but I had developed a hiatal hernia.
I also have plantar fibromatisos in my foot, which may or may not be related.

I have increased urination and all the other symptoms of a kidney infection.
I've been to numerous doctors over the years, they sent me to a physiotherapist, which was useless.
They do a basic urine kidney function test (and some other useless blood test) and then claim "everything is fine".
Because the test is only testing kidney functions. Which is still ok because I make sure to look after my health.
Last year I finally got a forward to a nephrologist and he sent me to an MRT. The lower part of the kidneys are enlarged.
The fucking retard goes on holiday. I don't hear anything of the nephrologist practice.
A different one of their retarded nephrologists says "there is no reason to do anything" (Kein Handlungsbedarf) via the phone.

I already told them I have daily flank pain. It has ruined the better part of my youth by now, I'm 33 will be 34 this year, and I did not get a job because of the daily pain.

The health system might be cheaper here, but it isn't working.
At least not for me.
(Doctors HERE in Bremen are usually far left shitcunts or Roman boomers, neither of them care, with many of them I have the feeling they are even intentionally misguiding me)
So much for the German health system.

Every song have a melody, as every constant noise too. It's what you do with that melody (the path) that matter, you have some catchy melody, or sometime, complex one, but in the end, it's the progression of that melody that produce the beauty of the song, a path or story, call it like you want.
Good composer can make a good melody that you recognize and like, bad or inexperienced composer will create a melody that goes into limbo, making it sound like a bunch of noises sticking together instead of an harmonious mix.
It's really not that complicated.

A song like this, doesn't require much effort to understand or follow what the melody want to convey, it's concise, the composer have an idea, a message, and the melody show it, when a composer doesn't know or lack of inspiration, you get a muddy melody that goes nowhere, either bad instruments, mixing or simply no harmony at all.
