Well, got the collab background ready! The direct gave me a motivational boost to wrap it up. I'll probably post it in the evening once Air Riders talk quiets down, at least relatively so, mainly so it and contributions don't get buried. Very glad to have meet my own deadline, hope people'll make use of the Starry World details added to it.
