it's funny how much of a relearning process everything is. sorta relearning yourself, finding your identity again, at least in my case. i'm not exactly a new person, but parts of me weren't really allowed to exist for such a long time that they'd basically atrophied. it's fine though, i'm not really stressed. i've always been deeply depressive and horribly empty, but there are really beautiful, vibrant time spans where i feel much better, just gotta keep going

you can, really. it's unbelievably difficult but you can. it takes a lot of effort, and sometimes a lot of attempts. but you can do it. you don't have to be trapped forever, even if it feels like it.
