>After a hassle they finally got the phone only for that to not be the object

Season 5 Finale. He's been on death's door since season 5 episode 3, by getting himself Cataclysm to escape from LB and CN before they could grab the Miraculouses back. And he's been on a degradation process throughout the season

>Gabe also dismisses Tomoe's advice and ends the call
>This leads Tomoe to call Kagami and tell her to go to the mansion to be her "eyes and arms" because with the way Gabe's acting they'd lose everything; after the call she rages
>Post intro: At the Bakery Placide getting Adrien's choquettes from Sabine before Mari swipes in to switch the bag with one with a doodle of her (special for him)
>Turns out Mari made a surprise for Adrien as he and Placide discover a doodle of a bird house, a small seed bag and a bird whistle in the choquettes = the dove in Adrien's bird house had an ily message from Mari
>Adrien wants to surprise Mari too enough with simple voice messages
>Cut to Kagami in the bathroom putting on makeup and video chatting with Felix about a surprising safe hiding place

>Back to Adrien: his idea of surprise is knitting something for Mari with the help of tutorials and Papa Corn + Plagg (who accidentally gave him that idea) by his side

>Kagami is the reason Tomoe wasn't brought to justice despite being Gabe's accomplice with the promise "she'd change"
>Kagami is also troubled that she still loves her mother despite everything and doesn't want to lose her like Adrien lost Gabe; "Please don't ruin this" then she leaves the house
