Clash is fine, final/base power up is a retard pick if you have anyone who can dodge in order to trigger debuffs on the follow turn, while staying safe. Offense level +6 is the same thing as final/base +2, the former won't change the roll amount if you can dodge, or suffer a unopposed attack, which is way better for you, even taking into account the soft amounts of % damage per offense level.
