Central Asia maybe? Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, they have ammo plants that produce basic eastern block munitions like bullets and grenades. I dont see why more importers look to them for combloc ammo. The only issue i see is that they may be selling their inventory to Russia and eating into their exportable inventory.
