so i posted here before that i was getting sectioned because im "schizophrenic". Im now in my room on the ward, the staff seem okay but im already thinking of ways to get the fuck out of here. The windows are covered with a metal sheet, the garden is enclosed and all the doors require keycards. They keep coming and checking on me through a window in the door which is fucking annoying.
They told me i can appeal infront of an independent panel but who the fuck are they going to listen to? The schizo who says i shouldnt be here or the doctors who say i should.
If i wasnt schizo before i definitely will be after this because who the fuck thinks locking me in a cell like a criminal is going to help????

How the fuck do i get out of here, either by deception or other methods. Fucking help ive been here less than an hour and i want to rip my hair out.
