Thoughts on Metamorphia?

I feel like a big issue with Mimic is that he was strictly a Whisper villain and since she's a normie with no superpowers his shapeshifting was mostly treated as a costume, rather than a means to mimic other characters powers like most shapeshifters in Sonic.
