I was also far more realistic here than just telling you to be Uncle Ted 2.0 : going to a small country like Khazahstan, Mongolia, Georgia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montengero, Macedonia.... all of these are just smaller and somewhat distant from the modern western world.
