Swarm of the Century and A Friend In Deed are among my favorites. I also did enjoy that one yak episode in the later seasons, the one where the village gets buried in snow and she helps them out. I don't know which ones are hated because I don't care and I love my wife!
That said, she's more than just comic relief and it does get on my nerves that the writers regularly failed to recognize that.
