My favorites: Party of One, A Friend in Deed, Griffon the Brush Off. The last time I saw The One Where Pinkie Pie Knows I really enjoyed it when usually I don't find it very entertaining. The conflict is actually great for Pinkie and she's pretty funny and endearing in it.
Universally hated would have to be Yakity-Sax but I haven't personally watched much of seasons 8 and 9 and I think I maybe saw that one once. Baby Cakes is grating because the cake twins spend a lot of time crying. It's not really a Pinkie episode but she's off her meds or something in Filli Vanilli. Although the exchange with Rarity is gold when she tells her to not be ridiculous and she says "aww but I'm so good at it."

I like the episode and I think it portrays Pinkie well. I wouldn't say the watching paint dry test is particularly funny. The clones don't have the real Pinkie's memories so a better test would have been to just ask them about Pinkie's past but that wouldn't make for an entertaining episode. I believe the last one left in that room is the real Pinkie but some of the clones escaped entirely.
