Reminder that if anything actually went FTL it would destroy the entire universe, it requires the expenditure of effectively infinite energy past the 0.9c threshold to get to 1.0.
Most series just use dimensional travel, magic or teleportation to do it, but in a realistic setting such a feat requires (actual) unlimited power.
